*Stan helpdoc is a 24/7 365 days a year helpline exclusively for STANLEY STUDENTS, POSTGRADUATES & DOCTORS who need help to deal with STRESS DEPRESSION OR ANXIETY. *

This initiative is headed by Prof DR Zhelva NHS qualified PSYCHIATRIST & former DEAN. The STANLEY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION IS implementing this project with help & support from STANLEANS around the world.

This service is intended to be a support line for medical students/ doctors (juniors & seniors) who are undergoing any form of stressful journeys.

We are a team who is willing to hear the problems and assist whereaver we can.

Aim :

To be a support line for people undergoing a stressful time.
To be a friend in need – during a darkest period of journey of life.

Vision :

1. To assist people, in a confidential way, to overcome difficulties that may be only temprorary.
2. To assist those in need to find solutions to stress causing situations.
3. To reduce the incidence of suicides or self harm in our professional community.
